Our Story and Mission

Kent's Driving School was founded to provide calm, supportive driving instruction that goes beyond just passing tests. Our mission is to help learners become confident, responsible drivers through tailored lessons that respect individual needs and pace. We value patience, professionalism, and a commitment to safety in all aspects of our teaching.

EMMA

I have over 20 years driving experience and have held many different jobs in various fields giving me valuable experience in many situations. I love being a driving instructor and helping people change their lives. I love cats and after many years of nagging, finally have 2 of my own and love spending time with them and our dog. I'm not someone to go out much, I'd much prefer watching a film at home with the kids than going out. I love holidays (who doesn't) and spending time with my family visiting different places.

CHRIS

Like Emma I have over 20 years of driving experience. This experience is across multiple types of vehicles and also all over the world. I have spent a large part of my working life within management, running multi million pound businesses and managing hundreads of colleagues. This has given me a wealth of experience in adapting my teaching styles to engage on different levels. Emma and I have 3 kids together, 2 have passed their driving tests first time and the 3rd Is a long way off being old enough to drive. In any spare time I'm graced with I love walking the dog and playing family games and if I'm allowed to then getting on the playstation myself. Teaching people is a real passion of mine and working with you all to achieve your goals brings me great joy.
